Women of God, take heed. This woman is unnamed.  She is unidentified by title, by position, by power. She is known by what she has done.  She saw an ending and was brave enough to face it. Ministry was never meant to operate in constant crisis mode. Women deserve more than access to leadership titles; they deserve access to healthy ministry structures. Full and equal access to ministry must include the practical foundations that allow leaders to stay – not just start.
